The beginning

I officially started CrossFit on April 2, 2012. I have 1 year and 2 months to see what CrossFit can do for me.  I attended 6 Foundations classes from April 2 through April 14. On April 16 I started regular workouts of the day and, for my first week, I attended 3 WODs. For the last week of April and the first week of May, I increased my WODs to 5 and 6 days a week, respectively. Over these two weeks I have also begun incorporating 3 mile runs a couple times a week on top of the WODs.
