The aim of this blog is to track my CrossFit training and progress. My primary goal is to compete in the Gobi March of the 4 Deserts race series (http://www.4deserts.com/) on June 2, 2013. Thus, I aim to answer one question: as a primary training method, can CrossFit (and, in particular, my chosen Box - CrossFit Praxis) prepare someone that has never competed in long distance race for such a difficult challenge?
